The terms used in this Privacy Policy shall have the following meanings:
1. Privacy Policy – this document, i.e. the Privacy Policy applicable at eConnect4U sp. z o.o.

3. GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

2. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing Your Personal Data
Personal data of all Users using our website, including IP address and other information collected via cookies, are processed for the following purposes:
1) To take actions at your request prior to entering into a contract, your personal data will be processed based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, in case such actions are initiated by you via the contact form available on the Controller’s website;
2) If you contact us via the contact form for purposes other than those indicated in point 1, your data will only be processed with your consent, to respond to your inquiry – the legal basis being Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR;
3) If you provide your consent, your personal data may also be processed under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR for the purpose of sending you information about offers and updates from the Controller.

We would like to assure you that your personal data is processed by ADO in accordance with applicable legal regulations, including, in particular, in accordance with the content of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). ADO conducts an ongoing risk analysis to assess the risk inherent in the processing and has implemented appropriate measures – such as, among others, encryption of the ADO website and all connections that minimize this risk. Our website has been encrypted using an SSL certificate, which serves to confirm the owner of a given page and to encrypt communication between the user’s web browser and the server. In addition, ADO has implemented measures ensuring an appropriate level of security, including confidentiality. When assessing the data security risks, the Controller took into account the risks associated with the processing of personal data, including accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of or access to personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed, and took appropriate measures to prevent the consequences.
13. Final Provisions
1. To the extent not regulated by this Privacy Policy, the provisions on personal data protection shall apply.
2. This Privacy Policy shall be effective from May 25, 2018.
