1. General Provisions
1.1. These terms set out the rules for using the website https://ec-chat.pl (hereinafter: the “Website”).
1.2. By using the Website, the user accepts the terms outlined in these regulations.

4. Use of the AI Assistant
4.1. General Provisions
These regulations define the terms for using the Chatbot available on the website www.ec-chat.pl (hereinafter: the Website), which assists customers and facilitates access to information about services offered by the store. Use of the service is subject to generally applicable law.
These terms serve as regulations under Article 8 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on electronic service provision.
The Website and Chatbot are owned and operated by Econnect4U sp. z o.o., located at ul. Krakusa 10, 41-200 Sosnowiec, registered in the National Court Register under KRS number 0000552770, with NIP: 6443510370.
The user acknowledges that the Services are provided using an ICT system that enables data processing, storage, transmission, and reception via telecommunications networks, in accordance with the Act on the provision of electronic services.
For matters not governed by these terms, applicable Polish law applies, including the Act of 18 July 2002 on electronic service provision, the Civil Code (23 April 1964), the Consumer Rights Act (30 May 2014), and the Data Protection Act (10 May 2018).
4.2. Conditions of Use
- By using the Chatbot, the user accepts these terms.
- The user agrees to use the Chatbot in accordance with the regulations and applicable laws.
- Use of the Chatbot is free of charge.
- The Website owner reserves the right to limit or block access to the Chatbot if the user violates these terms or submits false data.
Chatbot Features:
- The chatbot, named Adam, offers various functionalities, such as providing information about services, assisting with purchases, and notifying about promotions etc.
- The chatbot may display links to websites or downloadable documents.
- It does not provide technical or financial advice. Responses are informational and supportive in nature.

4.3. Personal Data Processing

- The owner reserves the right to change, correct, or delete any information generated by the chatbot without prior notice.
- The chatbot may provide incorrect information. In case of discrepancies between chatbot responses and actual product or service descriptions on the Website, the Website content prevails.
- The owner is not liable for any damages resulting from errors in chatbot-generated information.
- Chatbot messages do not constitute offers under the Civil Code (Act of 23 April 1964).
- The owner is not responsible for chatbot interruptions due to technical failures, maintenance, updates, or other causes beyond their control.

Polish law governs these regulations. Any disputes arising from the use of the chatbot will be resolved by the competent common court.
